School Policies

GENERAL GUIDELINES TO THE PARENTS / GUARDIANS

I. The school authorities will inform parents of any severe breach of discipline by their wards. Necessary action will be taken against such erring students.

II. No student should damage any property of the school anyone causing such damage will have to compensate the loss and strict disciplinary action will be taken against such students.

III. No child will be permitted to come late to school. If late, necessary fine will be levied.

Medical Aid/ Accidents

IV. Our School will do its best to provide first aid for minor injuries.

Telephone

V. Mobile Phones are not permitted to students. In case of emergency, parents can contact the school landline phone.

Dress Code

VI. It is necessary to follow a clear dress code approved by the school to maintain the decorum and discipline of the school. Our school has designed very graceful uniforms to ensure comfort and uniformity. The dress code will be strictly adhered to.

Teachers-Parent Meeting hours

VII. Parents will meet the teachers after the school hours only with the permission of the Principal. Parents are not allowed to meet the teachers and children during the class hours.

VIII. Any complaints they would like to make should be made to the school authorities in writing.

IX. If Parents have any complaint or suggestion concerning their wards, a written request is entertained.

X. Students availing our school bus have to pay Rs 2500/- deposit along with the admission fee.

Issue of Transfer Certificate

XI. Parents who wish to withdraw their children at the end of the Academic year will have to give a notice of at least one month prior to the commencement of the next term, failing which the parents are liable to pay full fees for the next academic year. At any given time, 15 working days notice is to be given to the school for withdrawal of a child during an academic year.

XII. Transfer certificate is issued only after all the dues of the school are settled..
