2] The name of the child will be registered on receipt of the application from duly completed, including the medical form. Application booklets for admissions for class Pre-KG to X will be available in the school office on payment of Rs.300/- on all working days from 10:00am to 1:00pm.

VII. Aadhar card copy of the child, father and mother.
VIII. Parents address proof copy.
IX. 4 passport size photos of the child.
X. Parents (Father - 2 , Mother – 2) passport size photos.
XI. Bank account passbook copy of the child.
XII. Student Tracking system (STS) online TC.
XIII. Student Enrolment (STS) number.
